I called Choice reservation line and talked to a Connie (1-800-521-2121) to request an additional night be added to our reservaton in Lombard Il 10/01/08-10/06/08.

We did add the extra night, but the reservation clerk said it would cost us the same as the $95.99 we paid for our 1st night at the same location. Our confirmation code is 60145138. Our 2nd night is
$79.99 and the next 3 are $71.99. Then I added the 6th night and she charged me $95.99.

If this is going to happen, then we should at least get credit for a second reservation when we added the extra night.

Please let me know why I shoud continue to use Choice when other chains also give priveliges for staying with them. I think this is bad customer service and with all the time we spend in your locations across the country, our 6th night shoud be at the same rate as the 3 nights for $71.99.

Please answer, as I want to book more trips, but want to decide if we will stay with your chain or another.
