After receiving the package in the mail with instructions on how to "plug in" to this business, I ordered my first direct mail out. It was $498 to mail out 500 letters. Instructions included to send orders when they came in by certified mail and include the sheet with my name and address so they will know who to reimburse for the orders. My mailing went out 12/3/10. I sent in 3 different sets of orders all by certified mail as instructed. To this date I haven't heard back from this company. I have not been able to contact the person who is responsible for invoices and have been trying for over a week now. He is either not there or in a meeting and the person answering the phone will take a message...
