As per previous discussions as well as letters and phone calls to get my account sorted, I still battle to get my account sorted with Lewis Stores. Know I sit with a even bigger hassel on my shoulders and that is when I was retrenched my policy that comes with the furniture I bought is now not willing to cover that. According to them no where in their contract it stipulates that it covers it only death. We actually went so far by circle it and fax it through to them and still they deny the fact that they do not cover that. In the mean while my account still get billed interest monthly and get threatened with legal action. Please advice how much longer and how much more must one person take in this case. Well lets go to court and see if maybe the legal system is willing to sort this matter legal to legal.
