How unprofessional and unhelpful were the staff at Motcomb Street branch of C L. I bought my shoes in Las Vegas wore them once and the heels inner leather came away fron the shoe and buckled up. I was firstly told to take them back to VEGAS and that they were unable to help because I'd purchased them abroad. Then they insisted I pay £50 in courier charges or take them down to London [I'm in Derbyshire]. I did get them to London. I was told to collect them on the day of the Royal wedding and when I queried this they told me they would be open. Oh shock horror -they were closed. I did eventually get them back by courier service but if I had not been in to received them the phone number on the package was wrong. .This took 2 months to sort out with endless phone calls and emails and a trip to London..

I ordered some shoes online and I never received them!!! I called the number that I was provided with and I very weird chinese lady answered me with very vague and not satisfying answers!!! I asked for a refund of it and she wouldn't give me a full refund or send shoes as I was supposed to!!! I'm really scare that this is a FAKE web side!!
