I went to this location once before in the past and had a good time. This experience was AWFUL! I went to the same girl I went to last time. Apparently, she started smoking and smelled of cigs and smoke the ENTIRE time. She TRIMMED my hair when I asked for her to make it short! Then she proceeded to ask if I wanted something to drink, so to finally shut her up I said, Yes please. She got me a bottle of soda pop. When I went to check out, the total was $45.00!!! WHAT!?!?! I asked "for a trim? not even a wash!" They said "well, she is in first chair. you have to pay more. AND that drink was $3.00" They charged me for my drink that THEY kept trying to offer me!!! PLUS I had no idea, that the girl I went to before moved chairs and magically got better and now I have to pay her more?!?!?! Do not go to this company, they are a rip off and do not deserve your money!
