I wish that I have seem the complaints on Garden Ridge before I went there...Went in Garden Ridge to return two boxes of lights that I purchase for 9.99 each, couldn't fnd my receipt. I thought that it would be a big deal because I was purchasing more things (I was wrong). The cashier informed me that I could not do a return without a receipt, so I asked for a manager, well it was the cashier who was on the other register. I knew that I had no hope, because watching her just minutes earlier having a BAD ATTITUDE with another customer. Needless to say I was right. I push my cart to the side with all the merchandise that I was going to buy and left the store. In all of my years of working retail myself, I have never seen a store with no customer service. Garden Ridge need a way that customers can communicate directly to them. I love shopping there...Listen to the CUSTOMERS
