A charge for 49.95 shows up on our credit card statement that we received this month (february), showing that we purchased anti-virus software from this company. Obviously this was a scam, but i don't know how they got my credit card number(legally). I waited on hold for long enough, i guess they will refund my money, but i'm skeptical. I think it would be nice to see a few of these scammers get life in prison or something. That would be a great example for the others.

want a refund as i do not need product..have in writing 30 day money back guarantee. charged on 11/03/08. called for refund on 11/4/08, 11/5/08, 11/6/08, 11/07/08, 11/9/08, 11/10/08, 11/11/08...but to no avail..i have left messages, sent emails, still they will not respond. i have this placed in dispute with my credit card company.
