Today we were calling in to make a payment over the phone on our vehicle. We are self employed and had the bad fortune of a 5500 dollar check from a client bouncing on us. This made us 2 months current due. We were trying to give them $1100.00 for payment. The lady who answered in collections would not take our payment! She proceeded to say we havent been paying on the vehicle. I proceeded to ask her what our origional loan was for answer 65, 000. Our current we owe is 27K. The vehicle is almost 3 years old. Yeah I think we have been paying something! Then I proceeded to tell her that is why we were calling to make payment she refused to take our payment! she kept telling us how we owed money yet she would not take our payment for the amount we owed! What the hell is wrong with this company!!!
