My parents and I went to Church's, here, in Wichita-the only one on the west side where we live. I ordered the shrimp and fries combo and, while the fries were delicious and perfectly cooked, half the shrimp still had the vein in them! And, as anyone knows, the vein is the intestinal tract! The coating on one of the shrimp had split open-fortunately for me-and I was able to spot it and started checking each and every single one. After a while, I got completely fed up with it! Shrimp HAVE to be cleaned or they are COMPLETELY inedible!
