The worst dinner experienced at Ciao Baby Cuchino restaurant Monte Casino Johannesburg on Easter Sunday evening. Party of 5 Seated @ 7.30pm, drinks served, placed our order by 7.50pm. The waiter allocated to our table did not come back to our table again; we inquired a number of times about our order. We asked to speak to the manager, in vain. We approached the kitchen area to try to find someone senior, to discuss our dilemma, no one seemed interested.

Eventually the pasta dish which was under cooked arrived, it was 9.20pm, then 2 pizzas were brought to the table about 15 minutes later, both very burnt on the underside, the one pizza had very cold pieces of salami portions placed on top of the pizza, it seemed as though they were an after thought! The rest of the order never materialised, and after another concerted effort to speak to someone senior we left.

The next day, to crown it all 3 of us that had actually eaten something had diarrhoea. This is the worst restaurant experience we have ever had.
