I tried the free credit thing on Jan 7th, and called them on Feb 7th to cancel as not to have any charges. Their number by the way is 877-481-6826. They said no, because Jan had 31 days and I should have canceled. I told them if I did not receive a refund, I would post pages on My Space, Face Book, Yahoo Groups, etc and make as many aware as possible. They promised a refund... 7 to 10 days... we shall see!
