Same complaint as everyone else, I'm being charge for a service I did not ask for and am not receiving. No credit reports have ever been sent to me, no pin, just charges for a nonexistent service. I have called 877-481-6825 twice now and canceled my account, they promise to send a E-mail confirming the cancellation but never do.

When I call them back they say" Our records show that you have opted to continue your account with us" and "You might as well keep your account as we provide a service that you need", then they pull another $12.95 out of my checking account. I never asked for this service, don't want this service and can't cancel this service. These people don't protect your credit, they just steal your money.
