Recurring credit card charges!
I have been charged for 12.95 for the last several months on my credit card, but have not used this service nor desire too. I use a different credit card monitoring company and have no need for this one. I have been unable and have no idea how to reach them to cancel or receive any of the past fees back. Reading the other many complaints this company should be monitored and not allowed to do business any more.

I didn't ask for services and I"m being charged!
I got a charge from them too without even signing up! I can't even find the company to cancel the account. I think freecreditreport.com signed me up because there was another charge to my account that I didn't authorize that stemmed from checking my credit there.

Free credit report scam!
I'm being charged $12.95 a month by CIC Triple Advantageirvine for credit check reports, which apparently... I inadvertently agreed to paying for after getting a 'free' credit report! I've just spent 1 hour on the phone with them, and only managed to get two months money back of the 7 months I've paid for! i now have to write to their 'Consumer Relations Group to try to recover the balance of $64.75. What do you think my chances of recouping that will be huh...

Constant billing for "free" service!
My complaint is the same as many others that I've read on this site. CIC triple advantage has been billing us $12.95/month for a "free" credit check since September 2007. We called CIC triple advantage and complained at that time. We also called Chase Cardmember service and closed out our account with them because of their association with CIC triple advantage. Chase has been billing us $12.95/month because of this "charge' from CIC. I am willing to go in on a class action suit to stop CIC from working this questionable practice. Chase tells us to call CIC, CIC tells us to call Chase. It makes you wonder if there is not some collusion between the two companies. Bill Tugend, Toccoa, Georgia.

Unauthorized charge!
I signed up for my "free" credit report last summer, it never worked- so I attempted to cancel for months. I finally was able to formally cancel in January. I was charged for 5 months, and they agreed to credit me for the months, and they did. a month later, the recharged me the 5 months they had previously credited me for. When I called them, they mysteriously don't have my credit card number on file, and cant find the "charges" in which I'm referring- because neither my account or card number are on file. Such a fraud, I contacted my credit card company and canceled my credit card. I'm concerned that this scam of a company has my social security number, and identity, what other unethical things are they doing...

Stealing money from my checking acct!
On 1/27/08, I went online to get my annual free credit report. Had requested Equifax, but somehow was sent Experian. Paid Experian $7.95 for my score, which I received. The debit showed on my bank statement as I expected. Today, 3/4/08, was online with my bank checking account activity, found a charge of $14.95 for CIC TRIPLE ADVANTAGE.
Searched the site on the web and found numerous complaints related to this fraudulent company, that seems to be scamming people's debit and credit cards. I did NOT sign-up for this activity. How do I get this taken care of? Plz advise smb!

Unable to reach company to cancel account!
I have been being billed for this service every month, I do not need it or want it but when I try to reach this company on multiple occasions, you cannot reach them. I have filed a claim with my credit card company and hopefully this will stop. Beware of this company!!!

Unauthorized billing!
Free Credit .Com is NOT Free... You realize that you're most likely going to have to pay something for the initial checking of your credit report, but at no time does this rip off company let you know that you will be charged for 12.95 each month. And not only did they charge me 12.95 a month, they also doubled the bill, so I've been getting the shaft for 25.90 each month since July of 2007... I've been charged 154.95 for a FREE credit report.
