I was told I could get a free credit report but, now I'm being charged $12.95 a month.

Unauthorized charges!
I just did a search on CIC and found this complaint board. I will call them when they open today. I have had limited internet access for two months and have not had time until this weekend to follow up on this. I am glad I am not the only one dealing w/this. I like the suggestions of who to contact such as FTC, attorney general and BBB. My charges are 14.95 per month.

Unauthorized billing!
I was able to revue my credit report on line. Now I am being charged a monthly fee for what? It was a one time credit report, I do not need the credit report or protection every month. Now I know I am being scammed but cannot get them top stop billing me.

Lack of service being paid for!
Have paying for cic triple advantage for over a year on one account and know on second account and currently cannot access my credit report. What am I paying for.

Canceled and they are still charging!
Had a thirty day free trial and canceled. They told me i never canceled and if i did it couldn't be deleted what a joke her name was sherry sound familiar. Then she told me there was significant changes in my credit report i should look into and said she would send a email to sign on to my acct. as you know it didn't come. Well i canceled will see about next month now they owe me for 14.95 for three months. This is a big rip off don't go for it. If you want to know something about a co. go to rip off, com the government should close them down. Boy am i in the wrong business.

I am being charged for something I didn't authorize
I rec'd a mo. statement of a credit card I compeltely paid off, and see these charges on there. Not only once but twice. Please make sure this is taken care of.

Unauthorized Charges
They have been ripping me off for over six months. I’ve called several times to have my “membership” cancelled for a service I never signed up for to begin with and I am tired of being manipulated via telephone. Each time, I was told it was cancelled yet I am still being charged monthly for this service that I do not use.
I'm not sure what else I can from here.

unauthorized charges to my acct
i have cancelled this two times and it is still being taken from my account and has caused overdrafts. i want this credited back to my account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
