I was charged $14.95 by CIC Triple Advantage which was UNAUTHORIZED AND UNSOLICITED, When I called 877-481-6825 I was hung up on several times when I finally got a human representitive I had to request a supervisor Melissa ID#4269 she called me "mam" and refused to issue a refund for the illegally charged ammount due to the sound of my voice. Also she refused to cancle the subscription that I never ordered in the first place, now I have to file a police report who do I blame since they got my cc# illegally when I paid my cable bill? All I need is a simple refund of $14.95 with confirm # and cancellation of a service I NEVER ORDERED, WHAT DO I DO TO SHUT THIS FRAUDULENT SERVICE DOWN? DO THEY USE HACKERS TO TRACK CC#'S?
