I am very upset that I was charged for a service that I did not request. The website asked me to inout my credit card information in order to receive my FREE credit report. Had I known that they were going to rip me off, I would not have entered my information. I demand that I be refunded the $12.00 that was deducted from my account. If I do not get my refund in a timely manner, I will report this company to the Department of Consumer Affairs or higher if need be.
