I realized I have been billed $15.88 for the past three months for my one-time use of the "free" credit report. Looks like lots of people have been ripped off by the snakes. I will complain to Bank of America and dispute the charges after I make sure they cancel this bogus bullshit. Thanks for all the good advice and phone numbers.
