After trying and canceling a free credit check, I was told upon canceling that there would be no charges on my credit card. When my credit card statement arrived, I had a charge of $24.95. I phoned and was told this was to cover 2 of the credit reporting agencies. When I said there was no charges stated, I was told that I had agreed to this when I had clicked on the submit button.
