I reserved a car on line for 8:00 a.m. to be picked up at home. I explained to them I had a job interview an hour away at 9:30 a.m. I had all of my info ready and the driver picked me up at 8:40 a.m. He told me I had to have my insurance card and I told him my car broke down and all of the info was in my car. He then told me I needed a copy of a utility bill, I told him he ws late and I did not have time to search for it. He then told me I could not get the car . I asked him why did he not tell me this when I called and why was he late. He said he needed the information. I told him he already made me late for the interview and I could not make it in time to get the info and go back to his office and fill out paperwork and be there on time. I missed the interview. I reserved the car online with the proper credit card info and if I knew the other information needed ahead of time I would have had it ready. Plus the pick up driver should be on time.
