This company is the biggest crock of sh** I have ever seen. Not only did they debit my account for the $39.96 application fee, they did it TWICE. When I finally got someone to answer the phone, they informed me that the only way to get my $ refunded was to send them copies of my bank statements, which is absolutely NONE of their business.
