I have been coming into your fabulous store in Wyandotte, MI for over a year. I have had serveral or every bad experince with an employee there by the name of Kim. She has been rude since day one!!! On 8/8/10, I made a purchase of $10.27 and I gave her $20.07. So she bagged my merchandise and told me "I was done", and used her hands to shew me out! So i said "No, you owe me $8.90!!!". She rolled her eyes, looked at the reciept and barely appoligized! There were three people in line behind me and my friend and while she was being rude she slide the cigarrette pack underneath the things on the counter and didn't even give them to me or put them in my bag!!! There was another young man behind the counter that can witness to her ugly, rude demenor twords the customers! Me and a number of my neighbors find her behavior unprofessional and disrespectful twords the people of the Wyandotte community. My new neighbor moved here four months ago and already has had more than one altercation with this lady!! WE LOVE Circle K !!! But me and my neighbors will take our business elsewhere!! I think she should be repremanded and/or demoted from her position because she has poor customer service skills, communication skills and an ugly personality!!!
