SimplePower, with which I was very happy until their rates escalated and I decided to switch, was purchased by CirroEnergy. The purchase was underway while I was switching service providers, which, until today did not affect me too much. I lost the ability to pay on-line to SimplePower, but called Cirro and paid, what I thought was my last bill from SimplePower. Then I got my final bill. Called Cirro. They can't take my payment because it was "closed" at the takeover date, so my information did not transfer. SimplePower is now closed over the weekend, and doesn't open until 9 AM Monday morning. My bill is due tomorrow. There was no indication of any of these conditions in the bill enclosures.
