I was charged by Citi credit card a Foreign transaction fee of 3%, for a transaction I made here in USA, with Expedia, for two airline tickets (Olympic Air). Citi card statement did not list Expedia as my vendor, but Olympic Air! This is like Citi card will charge me a Foreign transaction fee every time I use my Citi card @ Wallmart to buy products made in China!!!
