i christopher potts is very dissatisfied about your services . i refinanced my car with you and in 2007 i was rear ended on oct 7th of o7 . i called citi financal and i was told that you would lower my payments to 210. a month.after that itll go back to 350.. for 6 months . if i was not able to go back to work i was to call you back to let you know i cant go back to work and my payments would go back to 210 for as long until the car was paid for . when i made that call i was sold out to another finance company for which dont want to hear anything what so ever .they want there 350 every month . now i have rods in my back along with a damaged nerver from my accident . i hope this is a good enough complaint for you cause if this isnt i dont know what is.im so very, very upset with all of you that i spoke to . i even tried to pay the car off early and they said im gonna still get hit with 15 months of interest . what is that about after i was told there are no fees for paying the car off early . im going to save this letter so if this matter ever goes to court i remember everthing you have done to me . your about to ruin my credit and believe me im really thank full for that .
