I hired Citi-Tel to install a computerized (NEC Aspire) telephone system to coordinate calls between my 3 business locations and increase our efficiency. We spent over $10, 000 with this company, but to date have had nothing but headaches from them. Their programmers are not knowledgeable and their customer service is next to nothing. I am promised service, but it never shows up at our facility. I have talked with Steve Naseem, the owner, a number of times and am promised action, which never comes.
