I recently had my hours cut at work and i asked Citifinancial to lower my payment temporarily, they raised my interest 2&1/2 percent, they faxed paperwork to my job on my day off after i told the i would call and let them know when i was there. So now EVERYONE i work with gets to see my business.

I had to give my story to 4 different people. Every time i called i had to do something new that the previous person did not tell me.

I went to my credit union with my most recent statement to refinance the loan and when the credit union called to get the payoff they quoted over $400 more. i got another statement today ad the balance is less than what they quoted.

I hope i NEVER have to deal with them again.
