My husband and I have been working on refinancing our home. This started shortly before 6/21/10.. all the paperwork filled out and faxed to Citimortgage, and to date, we are still needing to send more information, and not receiving feedback in a timely manner. I have to keep sending requests on 'where are we in the process?' I've taken too much of my work time, on the phone with them, scanning records to them, faxing to them, and it's been one thing after another. This day and age, I can't believe this antiquated process and lack of customer service. I wish we would never had started to refinance!!
