6 weeks ago my van would not start a 2008 Citroen van, Adac came to my assistance and towed the van to the nearest Citroen dealer "Citroen Autohaus Winkler", much to my regret, i asked the owner manager for a quote before any major works were done, the 1st day i went back to collect the vehicle in the late afternoon, i was told by Steffi Winkler they could not find the problem, they were now waiting for Citroen Hot line to give them the information to find the problem, I went back again Tuesday to be told the same story as Monday, this went on till Friday, on Friday i was told i owed them 2000 euros, but if i want ed the van fixed it would cost me another 3000 euros as the vehicle needed new injectors, 6 weeks later, I still have no van and the van has not been fixed as I have refused to accept the first bill for 2000 euros ! "Absolute Crooks ". BEWARE OF CITROEN DEALERS IN GERMANY!!!
