Just want to tell u all guys in short. This people are idiots. They don't know anything about computer. Whenever u say something they just say that we don't cover it. That's the only line these people know. They don't have ability to fix any thing. I waste around $200 for that extended plan and what i got as answer. WE DON'T COVER IT for 3 to 4 times.
