I purchased a Tobshiba laptop computer on 8/27/07 from Circuit City in Bloomington, IL. At the time of purchase, I also paid for a two year extended service plan. This is my second Toshiba laptop that I've had the exact same problem with. The problem: the power cord input plug into the computer actually broke in my first computer; my current computer is ready to break which means I can only use it in a stationary location because I'm afraid to plug/unplug it. I took it to a local computer repair facility, Geek-a-Bytes and was told that they wouldn't touch it because it involved the mother board. This was back in March. That's how long I've been trying to get someone to help me. My computer is my only means of communication with my son who has been serving in Iraq. I HAVE GOT TO HAVE a computer that I can rely on and would like to be able to transport to my workplace due to the time difference in the US and Middle East. I NEED HELP...PLEASE!!! I have spent several nights trying to talk on-line with a live person at cityassure.com. I sit and sit; I'm told there are 7 people in front of me and then it logs me out. I have all the documentation and receipts. I sent them an email approxiate 7 days ago advising that if I didn't hear from them soon I was going to file a complaint.
