after calling and talking to the credit department{justin dzb}
i got explained that the priorpast due 179.00 should have been
paid first.that was nowhere stated in my billing
he said he could not do anything, but i could try customer service
at home depot, the #he gave me was wrong
after finding the right # i was told not to question them about it
bacause it should be handled by citibank...
