i recieved A LETTER at my front door today 12-13-09, it states to call a MISS BELYAMY AT 888-433-5106 EXRT 63135 I called and got Mrs Johnson on the line, she refused to get me to a super, then gave me a wrong# for complaints at 888-776-3780, she then said no ext 63135 as stated on letter. said ext changed, this was the same thing i was told 2 months ago, and by the way V. Sargent, i am sorry to see you still employee him, RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, has no place being a supervisor does not know how to speak gives wrong information and treats you like a crimminal. i would like to speak with someone about how this location 888-433-5106 have no manners, do nothing to try and help and give complete wrong information each time you call. please get back to me or i will just sends the letter and tapes to the BBB. 1 AM NO EVEN 2 MONTHS BEHIND AND THEY ARE SENDING PEOPLE TO MY HOME COME ON.
