We were scammed by this mortgage company. The two egregious scammers are: Don Marginson (owner) and Lisa Hatfield
(unlicensed loan officer) .
We were told our 2 mortgages were fixed, no negative amortization. The two mortgages turned out to be 180 degrees different than what was sold us by these two aforementioned individuals.
The documents were never reviewed with us by Marginson or Hatfield.
WE accepted their verbal guarantees, as we were recommended
to these liars by a friend ! We have filed complaints with the FBI, the FTC and the BBB of San Diego
