The city of Aliso Viejo has published they are charging $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for children to use the new acquatic center. They are not offering a daily annual pass and it is not open all year. This is supposed to be a family orientated community and for a family of 4 to go to the pool for 1 month is almost $500. It is really sad they are doing this. Shea homes was also misleading to their homebuyers saying at first it was going to be included when you purchased a home in their new community to later saying it will be a minimal charge no more than $2 and they will also offer a pass. The city is ripping their community members off and Shea lied! The residents have vowed to protest the pool and not go so the city will lose money!
