I purchased Hoodia from this company, they charged my credit card for the initial order and the required second shipment. Now they have turned "my bill" over to collections. I do not owe them and made this clear to them and the collection agency. I was billed twice and didn't even receive the second shipment. They said it must have gotten lost in the mail, that they had sent it. I did not stop payment on my credit card like I said I might do because they said they would turn it over to collections and it "would cost (me) more in the long run". Now they sent it to collections anyway. What are my rights?
