purse broken moneyclip

Bought a purse from CK and after a few months the moneyclip has broken and the leather is not of a good quality. Made a complaint to the shop. But they want me to come over to Palermo on my own costs. I do live in the Netherlands. I can send the purse to the shop. It 's no problem. So I don't see a problem why they can change it. So I hope there 's a solution to resolve the problem.

FASHION CONSTULANT

Dear,

This is to inform you that one of the CK ( Fashion constulant) Miss monica who works at GVK Hyderabad was mis-behaving with the staff on the floor in front of the customers, which i had a bad expericence shopping at GVK CK store. This is such a bad experience to shop in CK while the Fashion consultant fighting infront of the customers and outside the mall. I had found her name through one of the Fashion consultant, which is really sad to know that CK is maintain such standards.
