The claims adjustor has been nothing but rude, disrespectful and a bully. Her main goal in this situation is to try and intimidate us into taking responsibility for something that wasn't even deemed an accident, not to try and get the facts. Her bullying and scare tactics are ridiculous. They haven't even done a complate investigation nor have they spoken to our insurance company, yet they already find us at fault. When I let her know that she is trying to coerce us into acepting liability for something that was not our fault, she hung up on me. Unbelievable! I will be reporting her and this company to the insurance commissioner. No one else shall have to put up with this type of behavior.
