www.claireveils.com is a bridal veil online shop run by a lady called Alice Adams. I ordered my $165 veil from this website in March (the wedding was in July). 5 weeks went pass and I decided to contact the owner and ask whether the veil had been shipped. She replied to me once asking when the wear day was. That was the first and last email. I must have sent 100s of email after that with no success. She never replied to any of my emails and the veil never arrived. Recently I have found similar complaints reported on the net by other victims. It's really upsetting to see that there is no action taken against these scums and that these kind of people are free to offend again and again. Beware of claireveils and Alice Adams. Very frustrating experience!!
