They were hired to fix my furnace. I had concerns they hadn't really fixed the problem. The service manager Jimmy assured me that he would stand behind the work and if the problem reoccured they would fix it for no cost. the problem reoccured a month later and suddenly they don't work on furnace anymore. he said he would contact my home owners insurance and have them waive the fee to send out a contractor. i called the insurance company and there was no record of the call and they would not waive the service fee. so i called him back and told him he had lied to me and that he needed to refund my money because no work was done. the next contactor that was sent out said the previous tech had put a piece of tape over something that made no difference to anything. Jimmy the service manager never called back or refunded my money. This company is NOT honest and don't deal with them.
