My experience with her in a family court case was terrible. It seemed her prime concern was with getting her legal fees upfront and in advance. She did not advocate effectively for us in court, I would say she was timid and overly deferential to the County Prosecutor, Mary E. Craig, who was grandstanding and clearly out rightly lying. Ms. Zucker was rude to my husband and myself, badgering us about a matter in which we were victimized by an over zealous government social worker. We felt she was entirely lacking in empathy and compassion in that regard. She failed to tell us some crucial information regarding our case and how to file a timely appeal at a critical juncture. It seemed she just didn't want to take the time to do so. My impression is that Ms. Zucker was overwhelmed and had too many cases with different clients to effectively represent us and in retrospect I believe she should have just leveled with us and admit that she was not equipped, with time or expertise, to properly help us. I could not in good conscience recommend her to anyone for any legal matter.
