An amount of 1299.00 was charged to my account, and my morgage was not reduced as said. This was supposed to be a gov. sponcered program to reduce the interest rate of my home morgage, make it more affordable, and once the money was drawn out off the account, nobody gets back to me, and no phone calls are returned. Is this a scam or what? The Lawyers say there isn't enough money involved to go out of State.
