I order product and was charged for it 10/19/09 for the trial sample.
When I called to cancel I wa told that I was past the 15 day cancellation period.
I told them I was charged on lthe 19 th of Oct and canceled on the 30th of Oct which is 12 days.
The gentleman said his record show it was shipped on the 14th of Oct.
Now what company ships product 6 days befor they get payment???? That is not good business for one and an untruth.
There is not way I can even say that is correct as all I have is the day I was charged. I would understand maybe 1 or 2 days different but 6??
This is how this company get there money and I have written them and giving them 15 days to contact me or I will report them to the BBB
