Moved into residence with faulty leaking pool on 1st May 2009. Owner promised to fix. Quote given by Clearcon Pools( Ricus) in about 1st week of June said it will take week to finish after acceptance. Then promised end of June. Then end of July. 1st week in August for definite. Came on about 19th Sept!!! after countless queeries. 22nd sms manager that pool is STILL leaking spilled 10, 000litres water overnight! Ricus fixed leak but painted wrong colour! Left on holiday until 4th Oct. 1st response after holiday about 17th Oct. Did not keep appointments for dates nor times!!! Painted right colour Mon. 25th Oct. did not replace light. Tue. 26 worker came to fit but were not told to put sealant. Warned me about serious leaking!! Back to square 1! Phoned Tania, promised that Mr. Venter would phone back with report. NO JOY!!! NO RESPONSE!!! nothing fixed after worker promised to seal this morning at 8! 2 sms to company no explanation. We still cannot use our tiny splashpool 3mx1m since May 2009!!! Service and response to complaints absolutely zero! No professionalism!!
