Don't even know where to start...Cleary buildings screwed me over every possible way. Had a contract to have garage built in 5 months (weather pending) almost 2 years later and I'm still dealing with their BS. They didn't obtain correct permits, estimate was way way way off. They tried charging me thousands of dollars more than promised!!! Concrete slab immeditly cracked, building slopply put together, customer service tough and confrontational! This company is the worst I have EVER dealt with!!! I still have not had building inspected over 1 year after built because they haven't work out inspection or well permits. STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS!!!
