Several months ago I signed up with Clearwire. They were offering a $ 50.00 Visa to anyone that signed up. I still have not received the $ 50.00 Visa at approx 3 months into this lousy service. The signal goes on and off constantly. I contacted my local News Station here in Greensboro, NC www.wfmy.com Call for Action department and have been warring with Diane to help me get this $ 50.00 Visa they owe me. I continue to have poor service and today I received a message on my internet explorer when it would not connect it asked me what I wanted to do and show me the options. The last option said "Don't even try it Bi**ch"! I took a picture of that so I can send it into the NEWS 2 Station. This company clearly is not professional. When I first began my service and had problems they went into my email account and sent me messages about the $ 50.00 Visa they owed me from my own email account. I wrote them and told them they were not authorized to go into my email account as this could be considered identity theft. Has anyone else had this problem with Clearwire? I am planning on filing a complaint with the North Carolina Attorney General's Office consumer protection division about Clearwire.
