Not as bad as everyone says
I see a lot of complaints about this company being a scam or fraud and I just wanted to put my 2 cents in. I had seen a charge on my statement for this company and had no idea what it was. I was going to dispute it when my bank told me give them a call. I was very angry when I called because I was thinking "who are you and why are you taking my money!?" So I gave cleverbridge a call and they were very helpful in helping me identify the charge despite my frustration. I had a senior moment when I forgot that I had purchased a product to clean up my computer the month before. I should have realized considering the price was the same amount that appeared on my statement. Either way, I called them and they were very helpful. They also informed me that they just handle the payments and any problems with the software should go to the people who actually make the software. Makes sense to me.
