I tried to print two mailing labels and kept getting a message saying that the operation was canceled and I would not be charged for the labels. The next day I discovered that Click n Ship had charged me for 17 labels! Since I was using my ATM card to pay, it about wiped out my checking account. I submitted the refunds request within 3 days and just found out yesterday that it will take up to two months to get that money back into my checking account. What a thing to do to a customer just before Christmas. Now I know NEVER use your ATM card on the internet.
