I ordered the Transformers DVD for Christmas and it hasn't arrived. It has been over 20 business days and still no DVD. There is no contact information or tracking information so now I am without a gift and without my money for Christmas...DO NOT ORDER!

If there will be a class action or any other lawsuit, please keep me involved! I will press charges!
