We dealt with one of their very helpful staff and the customer service has been great! UltimateDVDSeries did an excellent job in producing the Full House and Home Improvement DVDs we ordered initially. In a very limited amount of time, they delivered it at once which came in a nice condition. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable this purchase was and what’s more surprising is how they preserved and digitized these old TV series. I ordered the complete series of the TV show "The Courtship of Eddie's father" from ULTIMATEDVDSERIES which is now called click DVDS. I paid $71.00 for what I thought was a legitimate DVD collection. The package came from China with no return address and they were poor quality boot-leg copies of the TV show. I couldn't even read many of the DVDs, including the first one. I contacted them and they were nice and all but all the times I've asked them for a return address, they wouldn't give it. They asked me to try different devices. Then they said to tell them which DVDs were bad and they would resend those. I ultimately disputed the charges with the credit card company. After reviewing my situation, they reversed the charges.
