I used this company which did a rubish website...I pay 599£ and they took more money luckily paid by CC so I could recover the different...contract it came to an end...they phoned me like nothing happen trying to renew the contract..i told them to forget it...after few weeks i got a letter from a debt recovery company (which they look suspicios too) asking for outstanding balance of 1250.54£. BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY I think what they want is me to either contact them and then they will force me to renewel by bullying or they think i am stupid enough to pay and I am going to be scarced...they want to take me to court...ridiculus...I did not sign either agreed of any other services... it is another way of getting money...

This company has been a nightmare from start to finish. They took money from my account on 3 occasions without my permission, the invoices which I finally got out of them were all incorrect. They never answer my calls. The web site is truly awful - full of spelling mistakes and the basic grammer is laughable. I have written, phoned, e-mailed on so many occasions I have lost count. They just stall, and have only agreed to repay the money they owe me when I threatened legal action. No apology, no explanation - horrible. Its not in my account yet - we'll see if it actually gets there. The web site cost a fortune and is definitely not worth it.

Wasn't happy with service that they provided so decided to activate my 60day notice they had promised me. Called and emailed the company to cancel and they informed me that there would be some cancelation fees, at this point i has already paid for 2 months upfront and was with the company for about 10days so was expecting to have to pay a few days for my 60day notice. This was not the case, The next day the company tried to take £1500 from my bank which was refused so they took 2 lower amounts of about £950 and £150. Tryed to complaine by phone but every time i called management was busy so was forced to communicate through email. Asked them about my 60day notice i could give to cancel, they just refused there was any 60day notice and that it was a 12month term. Asked why they tried to take £1500 which wasnt execpted you just took a lower amount, they replied " yes thats right a lower amount seems to have been execpted" no breakdown of cost or anything. My bank has since given me the money due to the fact that these transactions where not autherised. stay as far away from these scam artists as much as possible.
